▷ Aomei onekey recovery 1.5 버전 프리웨어 여부 문의드립니다.

   iMON DB에는 상용으로 관리되고 있지만, 제가 갖고있는 1.5버전 약관에는 회사에서 사용이 안된다는 근거가 나와있지 않아서, 해당 버전은 업그레이드 없이 해당버전으로만 프리웨어로 사용이 가능한지 문의드립니다.

END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
Copyright (c) 2009-2016 AOMEI Technology Co., Ltd, All rights reserved. 

IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY: This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) later referred to as "LICENSEE" and AOMEI Technology Co., Ltd. later referred to as "AOMEI Technology Co., Ltd" for the software product AOMEI OneKey Recovery later referred to as "SOFTWARE". By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not purchase, install or use the SOFTWARE. Installing and using the SOFTWARE signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license.

AOMEI Technology Co., Ltd may have patents, patent applications, trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights covering subject matter in this document. The furnishing of this document does not give you any license to these patents, trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property.

Copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties protect the SOFTWARE. The SOFTWARE is licensed, not sold.

1. LIMITATIONS
The SOFTWARE may be freely distributed, if the distribution package is not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of this SOFTWARE shareware version without written permission from the copyright holder.
The SOFTWARE can be customized by AOMEI’s UI Customization Tool, and the customized version can be used free for personal and commercial environment. Don't remove the copyright flag of AOMEI.
LICENSEE may not reverse engineer, recompile, and disassembly, modify, translate the SOFTWARE and make any attempt to discover the source code of the SOFTWARE.
LICENSEE may not transfer, sell, re-sell, offer for sale or distribute the SOFTWARE.  The sale of and or distribution of copies of this SOFTWARE are strictly forbidden. It is a violation of this EULA to sell, loan, rent, lease, borrow, or transfer the use of copies of the SOFTWARE except if it's permitted by the terms and/or conditions of a separate agreement signed by AOMEI Technology Co., Ltd.

2. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY.
THE SOFTWARE IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. AOMEI Technology Co., Ltd WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.
